Migration de l'application Smaatch (ex-Sportara) depuis Next.js + Supabase vers la stack NowStack SaaS.

Stack

• TanStack Start + TanStack Router
• Convex (team sportara, projet smaatch)
• Better Auth avec organisations
• Cloudflare R2 pour le stockage

Nettoyage initial

• Suppression du contenu boilerplate NowStack (posts, about, demo)
• Navigation adaptée (Documentation, Changelog)
• Branding Smaatch (#FF7A50, domaine app.smaatch.com)
